The American Society of Landscape Architects has just released their list of 2011 national award winners and the Better Block project received an award for our second Better Block demonstration which took place last September at Edgefield and Davis street. SWA Architects, who was apart of our team for this effort, submitted the project and announcements were officially made last week.  The award ceremony will be held at the ASLA Meeting and EXPO in San Diego at the end of the month.
