We made history in July: we worked with an entire team of people to help construct the world’s largest cheeseboard. Our digitally fabricated barn housed the massive cheeseboard, which held 4,437 pounds of cheese (one ton of which was one chunk of cheese). The entire production was set up within just a few hours, and then opened to the hungry masses. And, if there’s any question as to whether or not Wisconsinites like cheese: it was answered with the line that wrapped around the block.
The Guiness Book of World Records judge said this was one of his favorite records to partake in. And, we’ll be honest, we had a brei-eautiful gouda time, too. (Sorry, I just couldn’t pass up a pun or two.)
