Deep Ellum Better Block set for October 30

The Deep Ellum Open Market, in association with the City of Dallas Design Studio is launching their first Better Block project on October 30th. The project will take a 2 lane, one-way street, and add bike lanes, wider sidewalks, and cafe seating to the 2700 Block of Elm Street just outside of Downtown Dallas.
