An exciting transformation is
headed to Sugar Land in September!

Sugar Land Civic Arts Division is teaming up with the Better Block and neighbors to bring a transformation to the Brookside Belknap neighborhood at 119 Brooks St., creating a welcoming and usable space for all to enjoy. The space will open with a kick off event September 26th and 27th and remain active for 6 months.
We'd love your help with this project! Over the next few months, we will be working with community members to determine what the project will look like.

Community Survey | Closes June 22, 2025
A transformation is headed to Sugar Land, TX for six months starting September 26th and 27th and we want to hear from YOU! This survey will help guide the design, potentially leading to enhancements like seating, art installations, and new community gathering spaces. We aim to test these ideas and incorporate your feedback into the long-term vision for the area.
