Hello there! A week-long transformation is headed to the Balgaddy community near Dublin, Ireland in July 2022, and we want to hear from you!
 
The goal is to re-envision the grassy community area next to the Balgaddy playground and sport courts in a 2-day, community-led placemaking event that will help residents, small business, and nonprofits get creative with their neighborhood space. Using this survey to guide the design, some potential changes could include the arts, greenery and landscaping, a pop-up market,  and opportunities for community gathering in what is now an underutilized lawn. This trial will help create a safe, welcoming neighborhood space for all ages and backgrounds and will incorporate the current resident's vision for Balgaddy. Additionally, we hope to test some ideas and get feedback that will be incorporated into the long-term vision of Balgaddy.
