Eastlake Street Fair
A temporary transformation is headed to Thornton, Colorado on September 7 | 11 AM - 4 PM | Lake Ave. and First St.
Together with you, the City of Thornton and The Better Block Foundation are collaboratively working to re-envision an area of Eastlake.
This community-led placemaking event aims to inspire residents to creatively transform public space. The redesign may feature temporary additions such as an outdoor dance hall, a crosswalk ground mural, seating areas, a farmers market, a bike lane, and new opportunities for community gatherings in the Eastlake neighborhood. Moreover, we will highlight some historic elements that were once part of this space.

The objective is to experiment with ideas, gather feedback, and integrate community input to shape a more vibrant and inviting space. Our collective goal is to create a dynamic environment where residents can live, work, and come together as a thriving community.
